Black Olives

I had never thought of giving my rats black olives before but there were some left over so I gave them one and a fight quickly broke out. I ended up giving each guy his own olive and they demolished them.

They are high in sodium and I think fat but not sure about that as with anything moderation is the key

Yeah I know about the fat but its considered more of a good healthy fat then a bad fat. My boys eat 80% oxbow so I give them a treat once in awhile You are right though that olives are crazy high in sodium

In moderation, should be fine.
