Asparagus and Brussel Sprouts?

Is it okay to feed ratties cooked asparagus and brussel sprouts?

As far as I know the only bad thing about it is that it will make their poop very stinky. :lol2: So you might want to give it to them in moderation!

I have seen a web site (probably Dapper Rat) that suggests using cooked asparagus spears as an edible toy for them. when I tried it, it was a hit! I am sure that cooked sprouts would be the same as cooked cabbage. They would love them. Actually I fed mine some leftover sprouts on Christmas day. They disappeared very fast, and nobody was the worse for it.
