Advice on what to do with cages

I recently found out that Midwest will be releasing an add on the the single critter nation, something that I have been waiting for for a while. Currently I have a single CN and absolutely love it but I really would love a Double.

SO
Should I wait for the add on to come out, which will probably be kind of similar to the price I paid for the single OR do I buy a double and sell my single?

ETA: does anyone know of someone in this area that would like a single CN and how much they would be willing to pay for it?

I did the calculations and it works out best that I just wait
