Advice on dry mix?

I'm trying to make my own dry mix to integrate with the lab blocks my rats are currently on. Most of the information i'm getting is from english sites but where I live we have a few different things. At the moment I'm trying to figure out if rye (Secale cereale ) and Sorghum (s. bicolor) are safe for them; thay are both granis and common ones at that so I don't think is un safe but I wanted a second opinion. Also, is it ok if I put some chamomile flowers in, just for variety?

Rye and sorghum are both safe for rats. Chamomile flowers are also fine as far as I know!
