Hi I have a litter of baby rats that need a home. I did not know my rat was pregnant and I have until this weekend to give them a nice home or I will have to give them to the pet shop which I really don't want to do because we all know what happens there. There are 7 males and 6 females. I have potential homes for the females but not for the males. Please help me. There are dumbo, rex, hairless, and all white ones. They are so nice and friendly. The males are so adorable and they all have a personality of their own. I would keep them all if I could but my brother and dad are allergic and it is just too many. They are 4 weeks old. Welcome I hope you can find them homes asap! Is there a shelter near you instead of the pet store?

Look into shelters and also see if there is a good rat rescue anywhere near you.
Perhaps some members on here and also at goosemoose could let you know.
