Mission Control -- All is ratness
When we went to pick up the two boys Sterling posted about, there were two young ratladies, Pashmina and Autumn, in the shelter as well.
They're agouti self and agouti hooded (mismarked bareback?) standard-ear, probably 6-8 months old, maaaybe a shade older. They're being kept on cedar bedding in a filthy aquarium inside a cage in the Small Dogs and Other Stuff room-- the place is noisy, stinking, and the poor girls tried desperately to get out and come to us.
Not only is the bedding bad for them, but they're being fed a hamster seed mix. There is nothing right in that place.
We only had one carrier with us or we'd have picked them up as well and fostered them. If you've got space in your home for a pair of lovely wee ladies, please consider giving these girls a forever home. You can contact the London Humane Society for details.
