hurt rat

hello! i have a 11 month (maybe?) old rat and within the last day stuff has not been right. at 10pm last night she was active, running around and playing with her sister. around 12 am, she did not respond whenever i called her, she was barely moving. whenever i picked her up i noticed blood...
