Possible vaginal discharge/pee/poo

when I went to take my rats out today for play time and cage cleaning I noticed one of my rats who is about a year old now had some dirty fur around her bottom (I’m a very new rat owner) it lookEd like it was her urethra area that almost looked like she might’ve just gotten pee stuck in the fur. But it also looked just a tad swollen. What should I do

I would definitely bring her to a vet. My main concern would be pyoderma, an infection of the uterus or possibly bladder infection.

pyoderma is often fatal

Just an FYI - I think you both meant pyometra (uterine infection). Pyoderma is the bacterial skin infection

Is the yellow strong smelling like urine or foul like pus/bacteria?
