Young rat given to wildlife rescue?! HELP and advice needed! :)

Are you able to find someone with nursing mama rat that will allow you to add him to the litter temporarily? He really does have the best chance of survival with a mama and siblings.
It should be easier to find someone since you know that he is a pet rat not a wild one.
 
His skin all seems healthy, and yes I know I have to keep this in mind all the time.. I've been trying to search for local breeders but have been very busy recently, but will try and phone around today..
 
I can't wait to see more pics of this little guy. His fur might be different cause he might be velveteen. His whiskers don't look straight like they would for a normal furred rat. they look kind of curved :)

Sorry I'm not sure about the english terms for velveteen (velours) and straight furred (poil lise) WOW I'm losing my english here in Quebec :(
