After 5 days of good intros with Treat, Boo and the young crew, I decided to scrub down my double FN today and stick them all in together.
All went well until I saw little acrobatic Boo hanging out of the FN with half of his body. :shock:
Why oh why do FNs have that wider spacing at the ends like that? So I quickly went to work... I screened the whole back portion and I placed some bamboo chew/toys in the front. So far so good!! I'm sure in a week or so the teenies won't be able to fit through.

Isn't it such a defeated moment when you get the cage all setup nice, put the rats in, and then you find one almost out, or completely out?
