I rescued Pinkerz with her sister, Raisin. She was probably the most difficult of all the rat's I've taken in, as she was especially terrified of human hands when I first brought her home. I found out pretty quick that she is mostly blind, due to a previous injury to her eyes. She is a very cautious girl. She has come a very long way under my care, and though she still hates being picked up and handled, she isn't afraid of humans anymore. Her favorite activity is freetime on my bed with me, where she can climb all over me and curl up in my hair.
Her and one of my neutered boys, Benedict, are basically attached at the hip. I call them the 'couple' of my cage.
