Novo's Cage.

Thought i would let you's see novo's cage.
Hes a lone rat ATM and a very spoiled one!!

Tell me what you's think and if i should change anything,

Look awesome!! Just a question, whats in him food bowl? The little round things? Just wondering because I'm doing research on rat diets. Is it dog food?

It does look like dog food, in a seed mix ....

SQ.. no it is not dogfood! with seed .. lol..
Its rat nuggets with rat muesli which most UK rat owners has there rats on because thats the food that is over here.

Thats what I thought it looked like. I wish we had those here. Anyways, great cage bit I think you should get him a buddy...just a suggestion.

Yes i am trying to but there is no breeders over here..
Petshop rats i just got few days ago where sick and had to be taken back.
So what else am i suposed to do?

PiedPiper, thanks for asking!
Nope no more biting im pretty sure i scared him when he did bite!
Hes really getting stressed though and becoming very shy when hes out!
He will run behind soomething when i move or make a sudden movement!
He really needs friends do you know what the signs are of stress ??

Stress will be him cowering, hiding, porphyin around the nose, sleeping a lot, low appetite and sometimes bruxxing a lot too can be a sign of stress. I'm so glad he's not biting.

I realize that ratties are not popular pets where you live Clairebee and therefore not easy to find, but I hope you're able to get Novo a little friend or two soon. Until then, try to spend as much time with him as you can. I think he really needs you right now. :hugs:
