I can't get over how beautiful these little critters are. <3
I think that Parsley is *slowly* becoming my heart rat... :cuddle:
Oh Sage. My dear, beautiful Sage.
This little rat is spectacular. Well, they all are, but Sage is the rat that I can show to people. When the rats are on my bed and I leave the room for a moment, She stands at the edge of the bed till I come back and pet her, then continues playing. She always has the sweetest expression on her face.
"Turn the flashy thing off. Now."
"Smile for the Camera!"
Unfortunately, Bliss and I are still working on our relationship. She goes into a guarded stance for 2 minutes whenever i approach her, until she realizes i just want to love her... Then she walks over, sniffs me, and stalks off... -sigh- We are trying...
"My towel. Mine."
Here is her "Post." She sits there and stares at me during playtime. She usually won't come out for hours... It's very discouraging. I'm still doing trust training a good month and a half after i got her.
"I'm just gonna sit here, and watch you. Silently. Don't mind me."
And my beautiful Parsley. This little girl is just the sweetest, most caring rat. I open the door and she always comes straight over to get pets and cuddles. She still doesn't like leaving my room, but we are slowly getting over that.
There are no words for how happy this little (250 gram) girl makes me.
I can't even think of a caption for this photo.
Well, there are my lovely girls. <3
