Infant mouse & rat care

Hi! (not sure I'm posting in the correct spot)

I occassionally run into (not literally) infant mice (just nursing & abit older) & try, albeit w/out success to feed/water/care for them. Can anyone refer sites/articles about proper care for these kinds of situations, espec for proper feeding of nursing (pre-weened) infants. I know there are specific concerns such as w/rats they power suckle (sp?), can't be fed to much at once, use puppy rather than kitten formula.

Have you tried searching the Fun Mouse or All About Mice forums? There would be more people with the expertise to better answer your questions there. How are you frequently coming across orphaned mice if you don't mind me asking?
