I am the proud new owner of a female rat who is amazing. she escaped us for 4 days in the wall of our apt and $40 dollars later with a live/release trap and peanut butter we got her back. luckily that part of the wall was a corner with no other way out except for one bedroom. I will soon be getting her another female mate once I have a bigger cage. She is beautiful. Her head and first half is tan brown then the rest is white. She is the best. It is still taking her some time to get used to being with people again after her adventure but she is still so affectionate.
