I had a meh kinda day til just a few minutes ago- I was playing with my rats and I put some food(baby cereal with sweet potatoes) in the cage on the top shelf
they ones who were still outside of the cage got all excited smelling it, so I told them to "go upstairs, it's upstairs"
and they went!
now they know downstairs and upstairs!
I am so proud of them, even though I know ppl have taught their rats a lot more than that, I haven't really done much work with my guys but they pick up stuff really fast!
This was only the third time I've told them to go upstairs and they remembered it!
made my day!
now, to find my mocha fudge brownie mix and make those suckahs an eat em!
day started out bleh but ended awesome!!

BTW - here's a note to make you smile. I leave your ratty scarf thing on my computer table, where I feed my Cookie her mushed lab blocks - this is her favorite place to hide. She would rather go in and snuggle then eat!!! :giggle:
