greenies dental chew?

are they ok for rats as a treat? i seen some rat pictures somewhere on the web and they had a dental chew in the cage. i just want to be sure before i give them one. my big girls not the babies hehe

Greenies are very high in protein, I wouldn't give that to the rats.

Also greenies are soft and chewy, not crunchy. I think rats prefer a cruch to their treats!

My dogs love 'em.... I guess we should leave it that way.

I get ones I think they are called Natures Choice or something, they look like a cookie in the shape of a dog bone. I get the Peanut butter and grains or carob but there are other types. You can get them from pet valu, they have low protein and low fat and the ingredients aren't bad either. They are really crunchy.
