I would look into that very carefully before using it.
I assume you mean a waterproof covering like when you fibreglass a boat?
I don't think breathing in fibreglass is safe ... and they will chew it, undoubtably producing small fibreglass particles like dust.
It has a lot of chemicals in it.

yeah i was thinking like fiberglass on boats kind of you see i know its safe and non toxic for fish only once dry i know when using the stuff its not but for my fish it is safe for them i just wondered about it.
