I have a rat who I need to put down, but the vet wants to charge $150. Does anyone know something humane I can do at home? Poor girl"s back legs don't work and it looks like it has moved up her body. she hardly moves and is wasting away to nothing.

Aww sorry to hear this, if she hasn’t any quality of life then I think the kindest thing to do is let her go to sleep, poor girl, I feel for you, did the vet suggest anything else?
