I was talking to someone who works out at the St John's Vet Hospital. And she said giving Marbles some bakers dark chocolate would really help her sneezing.

Has anyone ever heard of doing this before? I haven't.. but there's a lot im learning on a daily basis. :D

To be honest, I don't believe this works. First it would have to be 70% dark chocolate. There's an ingredient in it that is known to open airways but it's really just a quick fix... It doesn't help with sneezing, some people will give it for wheezing.

A tiny bit is given in an emmergency to help keep the rats airway open until you can get them to a vet. This is for rats that are gasping and struggling to breath.
