Chewing wound after surgery

Hello, I had a male neutered about a week ago. He was healing well but chewed a hole on one side of the ballsack. I finished his painkiller but have some meloxidyl home. It's 0.5mg/ml. He ways 520g. Could someone figure out a dosage for him please? Also, how can I clean out the wounds? Thank u.

How's he doing? Saline solution - 1/2 tsp salt well-mixed into 1 cup water. You can syringe it into the wounds.

its possible your boy developed an abscess hence why he opened it up to help it drain. How is he doing? I know its late but his dose would've been 0.83 ml with 0.5 mg/ml Meloxicam

Thank you! That is possible yes. He's doing better now, the wound closed and he hasn't been messing with it
