What cages are good for rats in the u.s. besides the critter nation I don’t have enough space for a critter nation

The critter nation is the best since it has great space for the rats, it easier to clean, etc. You can try to use the you and me rat manor which isn't as big and is much harder to clean since you need to maneuver the top off and the bottom is metal which is annoying to clean, but according to my knowledge that's the largest cage next to the critter or ferret nations.

Actually martin cages also make big ones. You can also try to turn a big bird cage into a rat cage, however you're going to have to add more levels.
