Baby mouse problem.

Hey, my boyfriend just cought a very tiny baby mouse, and it's baby buddy. but the thing is, He dosen't want to kill it, he wants to keep it..
he dosen't want to hurt it, or give it to the hawks in my backyard.
so what should I do?
These babys are very tiny.
please help!!!

Those little guys really should go back to where they were found, their mom is probably looking for them.
