a question about monte's...man parts

We've never had boys before so I have no sweet clue what this could be. On Monte's...well balls he has this small white dot that kinda looks like a pimple? I'm wondering what this could be and if anyone has seen this type of thing before? It was kind hard feeling when I touched it...I had to touch it lol even though it felt so wrong lol poor boy looking at me like OMG what is she doing!
Could it be a cyst or something? I tried to get a picture but our camera can't make it a clear picture enough to see it.

Some rats have tiny bumps on their skin and it's not much cause for concern. Keep an eye on it.

Don't worry... I'm sure he didn't mind being groped. lol

Might also be something like an ingrown hair that hasn't completely come to the surface yet.

It doesn't seem to bother him but we'll keep an eye on it just in case it starts to turn into something of concern. Hopefully not.
