I've seen a lot of forums for breeder using pig feed to feed the rats they have an having good results. I guess they range from 13-16% protein and pretty close to rat blocks as far as ingredients are concerned. Any opnions on this? the biggest advantage obviously is a 50 pound bag is about 16 bucks.

Thats what i figured. he had a lot of thinning on his back too which has grown back as well. He is the victim of all the abuse from the other 3 rats.

Alright thanks! I've had rats for around 19 years since i was around 10 and never had any health problems except the occasional sniffle and one stroke, until rocky got this ear thing. Its pretty new territory for me lol
