Guess what everyone! I brought Rinky to my vet & his scabs were just from them power grooming. He got a shhot of cortisone & cleared up in 2 days! Thanks for everyone's help.

Ok, so yesterday I had Rinky on me and felt something on the side of his neck. It actually looks like a tick.....can they get ticks? If not, I'm thinking maybe he scratched himself or my other Dumbo, Bingo did it. What can I put on it to heal it? Thanks in advance for the help Noel
