Hi Joanne, thanks for asking

I think she's fine. I mean she eats, sleeps peacefully, poops and walk a bit around the house; happy rat life I suppose :)
She's not full of energy but I suspect Metacam be the cause of it.
I've to hold her food sometimes because she's able to grab it with both paws but reaching her mouth seems difficul, painful. Must be the scar on the neck.
Big mama sleeps inside her fleece, in my bedroom.

I think she died of a heart attack :(
She's been recovering a bit more everyday since the surgery. Eating a lot, resting, some walking . But the last day, while walking around , she was looking for me to pet her.Within 5 minutes, I noticed she was suddenly unable to hold her head up and then she started hunching.
Arggg my third rat who wants to die in my arms. Just make me cry more.
