I found this video on the web and it just makes me so angry!!!! This rat owner keeps 4 rats in a tiny hamster cage!!! :rant: :redhot: and to make matters worse, those 2 are always on edge and ready to fight. I wish I could find this person and take the poor ratties away from him/her. UGH :redhot:

There is a note attached to the Youtube video:

The cage in the video is a hamster cage, not a rat cage and is much, much too small for even a single rat. They do not live in it and was used only for introducing these two pairs in a confined space. They live in a four foot tall cage with many hammocks, ropes and soft beds, so no worries guys

Ahhh I missed that part, phew lol. But, is it really safe to have them locked in a small cage if a fight can break out at any second? But that does make me feel better lol.

Hmm I think I've seen this video before. Aren't the two who are 'fighting' brothers? I think they only started this 'staring contest' when the other rats were introduced.... the owner thought it was odd that the brothers did this after the other rats were introduced but I don't think they ever really fought.... at least that is what I remember.
