I have a boy who has, unfortunately, contracted mange mites. I gave him a round of oral paste moxidectin, but it didn't work. It's occurred to me that I may need to mix the moxi like crazy to make sure he's actually getting enough of the active ingredient, but I'm a little worried to try again on the off chance he did get a full dose and these mites are just somehow immune to moxidectin.
Does anyone know how long you have to wait between moxi doses for it to be safe? I also have ivermectin, but Ivermectin is probably even riskier than giving him another round of moxi.
