They seem fine.
I did go to a vet and they weighed them and them told me the dose I should give. I just unevenly distributed it like the clutz I am. He told me to use the whole tube and split it up between them, that's what I did, but Luffy ended up getting more.
I've noticed a little bit of itching, but not much. I think Simon is just itching his scabs, scabs itch. Luffy hasn't been itching at all and he doesn't have more than a couple small scabs. I'll have to keep watching and see if his fur starts growing back in the patches it's went missing. Luffy also seems just fine, no adverse reactions. He's happy and playful. :3
