They were a cooperative forfeit. They are big boys. Apparently Remy is a biter. ..not...but I now know why they are so grumpy they are riddled with lice :( so I helped set the foster up for them and taught her how to take care of the lice. They are big beautiful boys.

Haha! No that was just some baby food. They were too tired and drunk to work for their nutrition. Chili would definitely be stinky. It's stinky by itself!

I'm picking up these girls on Wednesday. So excited. I don't officially have names yet so any suggestions are welcome. For frame of reference my current girls are named Orchid, Nisa and Sativa.

To: trihkal: How about Yuki ( means snow in Japanese) for the white one and Tsubaki ( a Japanese flower) for the gray one.

Oh yes they can. They love the crunch. Its an amazing symphony at my place 32 ratties all gnawing away.
I get veggie based pasta at the bulk barn
 
So these are not ratties but they are my newest arrivals. They need super great names. They are about 3 yrs old already and have no name. I like Winnie but don't have a second name I like yet....

They are degus. They are a lot like chinchilla's. Like a gerbil and a chinchilla had a love child. They are cute and curious and also like rats in their way. They are playful and chatty...so cute when they get chattering. I've had fun spoiling them in their new digs
