I believe they are both 40 inch long rabbit cages and would be ok if in good condition.
Your boys look like they are large enough for the larger bar spacing.

You would need to add two homemade levels, a 12 inch diameter silent spinner, corner litter boxes, hammocks etc

To give you an idea of what I mean, here is a rabbit cage I had set up.

Oh... you are in Canada. Yep, if you buy cages new from a pet store or online. You are going to pay a lot more than those links...they link to US stores.
I say keep checking on kijiji or craigslist. You'd be surprised at what great cages you can find there.
