Student Googles Himself, Finds Out He's Wanted for Murder

The good news is that he's innocent. The bad news is that he's wanted for murder.

Zachary Garcia is a freshman at the University of Florida and an employee of Publix' sandwich shop. So you can imagine his surprise when he was Googling his name and found out that he was wanted for murder.

Local news stations were reporting that Garcia was wanted for a murder that took place on September 23--they even showed flashed his drivers license photo. However, the police were really looking for Zachery Garcia (note the 'e' in Zachery), and had mistakenly released the wrong Garcia's information. To add to the confusion, college-student Garcia was born on March 6, 1992 and wanted-for-murder Garcia was born on March 6, 1993.

College-student Garcia was understandably shaken up over the incident:

"Everybody makes mistakes, I mean I work at Publix and I might get somebody's sub wrong. But for somebody to get, you know, that wrong? It's not a sandwich, you know, it's somebody's life you're playing with."

Yet, Garcia has said that despite the careless mix-up he doesn't have any hard feelings.
