When I petted her a huge rock in her banged against me, which I read is "Hiccuping with happiness."
On her upper back I felt two bumps but they must be her shoulder blades. Is there also supposed to be a tiny bump between them?
What's the youngest age at which tumors have been found in pet rats?
Do they get benign sebaceous cysts? Like pimples that clear up?

the tiny bump is likely a vertebrae.

Sebaceous cysts are more common in males due to the amounts of sebum on their skin/back. They are harmless but once they open up its advisable to express gently and use saline flushes to clean it out and encourage it to heal.

The youngest any of mine have developed a tumor is;

3-4 weeks - Junebug - very malignant spindle cell carcinoma (died at 7 weeks, she also had hydrocephalus and other issues)
9 months - malignant neck tumour (removed)
10 months -mammary tumor (removed)

On average a malignancy can show up anytime but usually more common in adults.
Mammary tumors and PT on average show up at 15-19 months of age or later.
