I've checked Walmart and Amazon.ca but it seems to be $20 a small piece of fleece. Where can i get fleece in bulk so I can make hammocks and stuff

Fleece apparently is inexpensive in the USA, but not here in Canada
You can buy good quality fleece at Fabricville ….. it is not inexpensive but you get a wide selection and good quality - some is expensive, some is more reasonably priced. A former member made and sold amazing hammocks and I have seen some of the printed fleece she used at fabricville.
You can purchase 2nd hand fleece blankets etc at 2nd hand stores - much of it is too well used to be any good, but some of it is ok. However with covid -19 I am not sure how safe it is to now purchase 2nd hand things. To my knowledge 2nd hand stores do not wash anything before putting it out for sale, and of course items are also handled by many people

Giant Tiger is my go-to for cheap fleece, even Dollarama can sometimes carry it.
