When does a rat reach full size?

Hi I have two little females right now, about 6 weeks old, and I know they are already sexually mature (I have no males anyway), but I wanted to know a general age when they will be totally full grown. Thanks!

Rats are full size at about 7 months. Of course they still grow in size but that would be them getting fat.
As for sexual maturity they can become pregnant at 5 weeks old although it can be dangerous at that age.
