What colour is my new boy weasel!!?

I thought I was good with colours until I got this boy!
So at a glance he looks like a pink eyed white... but you can see in the light that he has a greyish “saddle” on this back? Is this just an illusion because he is a rex? His ruffled fur appearing a different colour?

I was thinking is he an incredibly pale champagne ? But then the region of colouration makes no sense right? Totally white head, belly, paws and grey/cream on this back?

So confused!

Not that it matters what he is - just curious!

Its hard to tell from the pics but its possible he's a mismarked siamese where he has the shading going down his back to his butt. These mismarked's often have white markings when young that fade as the siamese develops and lightens up. How old was he when you got him?

I got him yesterday! They said roughly 10-12 weeks... colouration is so interesting! Thanks for your reply. Interested to see how he develops

He's beautiful whatever he is LOL. I have one that I think is a Champagne hooded but jeesh, it's so hard to tell sometimes. He's very handsome though.
