What age is safe to put mom and babies in critter nation?

Babies are now 16 days old and becoming super active even starting to drive momma crazy a little haha. Would be safe to put them in a scn without the shelf or is it to soon?

I had two rescue litters in a CN from the day I started caring for them ... when they were 1 day old
but no balcony (as you said) and their nest was in a large, clean litter box with sides which kept them contained until they were big enough to climb out of it (and back in)

Ok bet momma will be stoked to have more room babies are already trying to climb! They hear my voice and try to climb up to see me over the tub haha they are just too darn cute!

Is it safe with them climbing all over! I'm afraid they will fall and hurt themselves!!

The only problem with a CN is the low sides on the pans .... you have to be very careful when you close the door

I thought I had it done up like fort Knox but they still can climb the sides!! Haha
