Looking for recipes for rat treats and snacks!

For treats, my guys would just get regular whole grain foods like oats and such. I try to stay away from processed foods for treats. My guys also really liked cooked spaghetti squash.

I avoid sugar, except my kids get a froot loop every morning, and a chocolate chip or 1/2 a chocolate brownie Goldfish at night..
