Sweet potatoes?

Can Rizzo eat sweet potatoes or not? I have read that some do but then again I have seen it on a toxic list. (Now I'm confused rather I should or shouldn't.)What do you all think or do?

Sweet potatoes are fine cooked, but I don't think you're supposed to give raw potatoes of any sort.

No raw potato's of any sort, and make sure they have no 'eye's on them (the little root things that can grow on potato's)

Cooked sweet potato is a big favourite with my ratties. I've never seen it on a toxic list.

My kiddos love baby food with sweet potatoes. All the food lists say they should be cooked never fed raw. Great source for beta keratine. BTW my dogs love sweet potatoe treats.

Feed it cooked. My guys love boiled or oven roasted sweet potatoes. Yum, I feel like eating some now.

So they are bad raw but okay as long as they are cooked...got it. That explains the confusion. Thanks everyone.

My boys were always a big fan of the sweet potatoes. They like them best boiled, drained then mashed with plenty of olive oil. Also sweet potatoe baby food they LOVE.
