Solid Discharge from her Vagina?

Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything similar, I am going to take her to the vet in the morning. She seems to have a white solid thing inside her vagina just the tip breaching out?? Is this stupidly obvious what it is?
Apologies for the bad pictures I didn’t want to stress her out too much!
