Sola?

[Twilight]

I was looking at toys for my rattie when I came across something called sola root, which is apparently a chew/shredding toy aimed at birds. It seems like it's made of a natural root, and has a texture similar to balsa wood. Does anyone know if it's safe? ( Usually, if I don't buy anything I'm unsure of, but the video of a bird shredding the sola made me think of the fun the rats would have with it :giggle: )

Mine really like the bamboo sticks and apple sticks on amazon.

I didn't find anything worrying about it. Some people use it for their chinchillas.
