Sick older rat

My older girl, Berry is acting lethargic, puffed up fur, and has her eyes mostly closed. I know she's uncomfortable but I don't know what's causing it. I finally got an appointment with the vet for 5 with is a couple of hours but I'm still worried. She won't eat or drink. Is there anything I can do to help her drink while I wait to take her to the vet? She's around a year and a half and somewhat overweight so I'm worried about her.

We brought her to the vet and they did X-rays and sadly found a heart problem and some tumors. She was given pain meds and passed peacefully in her sleep. I miss her but she was from a feeder bin so I understand that their genetics can be really bad.
