Hi all,
I’m a first time rattie owner and just noticed that one of my rats has a scratch under his eye. It doesn’t actually touch his cornea, just the skin under the eye, but I’m wondering if this is something a vet needs to see? He’s squinting a bit, but besides that there are no other symptoms. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are under tough times, so I’m hoping I’m just overly worried about a regular scratch that’ll heal on its own. Of course, if it isn’t, I will get my boy to the vet no matter what. Thank you in advanced.
