Need to do revolution on my gang. I don't have a scale, so I don't have a true weight on them. Last time I dosed, I did a drop of the kitten revolution, and it worked beautifully. But now I've got skittle, my baby (approximately 3-4 month old), and I don't want to over do it on him. He's roughly the same size as macaroni. I'll post pics so you can see approx size. I just want to make sure he's not too young. I really need to get a scale, but it was $60 just for the revolution.....

First is Mackie and Eva, next is skittle and taco, then brother next to Gerber puffs, then a comparison of Mackie and créme. Mac is way smaller than Eva and créme. She's the size of skittle. The big boys are on the squishy side. Excuse the bunny poop. She's free roam, and poops all over. o_O 879D04EA-FE7D-437C-90A3-BCD8EEE57251.jpeg1CB264B1-D358-4FA9-8F32-717D61D449A8.jpeg35FF2043-A6F1-42C4-9C07-C76E45109F94.jpegE412DC86-1596-4D21-8F2F-AC8F729947F2.jpeg35FF2043-A6F1-42C4-9C07-C76E45109F94.jpeg1CB264B1-D358-4FA9-8F32-717D61D449A8.jpeg

What a bunch of cuties you got there! :p Those Gerber puffs seem to be a well-loved treat with every single rat I've met. Although, I do have one who gets diarrhea if he gets more than one or two, so my boys haven't gotten it as frequently.

As for a scale, at Target, the cheapest versions I see are $20-30 USD and they measure in grams. I'd get one with a zero/tare function so that you can put a little cup or something to hold a rat in. I keep forgetting to buy one myself. Amazon has similar/the same products for a whole ten bucks cheaper, although I'm sure shipping (unless you have Amazon Prime) will make it the same price.
Personally, I'd like to get a gram scale that goes to the second decimal place (0.01g), but that's just because I'm a science junkie who loves to be as precise as possible.
I keep forgetting to look in store, but I don't know if Target's digital gram scales are online-only or if they're sold in stores. If they're online only, might as well as go to Amazon.

You have some big chunky monkeys there so a drop may not be cutting it for them

If you are using Kitten/Puppy or Cat Revo you can use the dosing range below... (Dog would be half the dose)

200 g - .03 ml
300 g - 0.05 ml
400 g - 0.07 ml
500 g - 0.08 ml
600 g - 0.1 ml
