Remy had an amputation and has to be separate to his mate- what can we do to make it less miserable to him?

Hey everyone,

As the title says, our boy Remy had had an amputation on his leg- unfortunately he developed an infection and as such we’ve had to keep him separated from his brother.

He seems quite miserable as you can probably understand and he’s just wanting to run about again. Is there anything we can do to keep him entertained? Tried giving him fuss but he’s just wanting to run around with his mates…

Do you put him in a separate cage? If so keep the cages sid by side so they can see each other and talk to each other.
 
Aww, pretty boy! Best thing if he can't be with his buds is extra time with you, on the bed or couch, and as long as you're there you could bring out a gentle cage mate to have visits with him. I hope he's feeling all better real soon.
