I'm having the city officials investigate due to it being an illegal pet shop with no license or tax collection number to hopefully get it shut down and the animals removed and taken to a shelter.
 
I've heard of that guy. Leeloo's friend Eddie went to adopt a rat from Dwayne. I checked out his facebook and he's some skinny white creep who needs to have all his pets confiscated!
