Abandoned pregnant rats rescued from Harrisburg area have started having their babies
We have set up an adoptathon, on December 17, 2022, as a way of finding homes for all of the rats. We have set up the adoption event as a way of showcasing all of the rats we have and finding loving homes for them.
We are asking that you complete an application before coming so we can do an interview over the phone. If interested in just babies we ask you to have one adult of the same sex to teach rat manners and appropriate socialization. You may only choose one sex. Adoption fee is $10 per adult rat and $15 for the babies.
The money raised will be used to buy the individuals that live at tent city items that the rats destroyed after they were dumped (plastic storage containers to store food, clothing, tents, etc.). We will also have items available for a donation and the store will also have items for sale. HBG Rat Application Form
