rat bullying

hi am a new rat owner and need some help.. here is some background. there are four of them and they were in another home for a year. when i bought them they were on antibiotics and are having trouble taking it. i have had to force feed them the medicine but that is not what i want to talk about. one of the girls (chewy) has been biting another girl (rae) i am a little worried because she has a lot of bite masks.
question:
how can i stop the biting

Where are the scabs? Are you seeing actual fighting or just scabs and grooming?

i have only seen the scabs and grooming but the lady that i got them from said that chewy had been biting rae in the past. i haven't seen any actual fighting and they seen to get along nicely when i am around.
