In the Portland, OR, area, I really like Katrina Ramsell, PhD, DVM. She's located in Beaverton: http://northwestexoticpetvet.com/

I also love Dr. Melanie Mielke at Parkway Veterinary Hospital in Lake Oswego. She's only available two days a week but she's wonderful: http://www.parkwayvet.com/

Also near Portland, Stark Street Animal Clinic has been very kind to me and has outstanding reviews. Doctor Powers is the main vet for small animals and has been great.

Anyone had neuters done at any of these clinics? Wondering on cost?

No neuters done, sorry. The office visit is usually about $40 but Dr. Powers usually waves it if he doesn't have to do any diagnosis or anything like that. They're good people, though. If I were to do any kind of procedure like that many of the technicians are rat owners themselves and I'd trust them completely.
